Ceren Sayar

Ceren Sayar completed her undergraduate studies in Economics at Boğaziçi University and completed the International Finance program at the University of Southampton in 2005.

She serves as Division Head of the Digital Banking Division at Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Since 2003, she has held various positions at Türkiye İş Bankası, with responsibilities focused on the growth of digital channels, increasing the number of users, and improving customer experience.

As Manager of the Innovation Unit, established in 2016, she led the execution of innovative projects aimed at developing new value propositions, the development of collaborations with the entrepreneurship ecosystem as part of the Bank’s open innovation strategy, and the launch of the Workup Entrepreneurship Program in 2017.

Between 2020 and 2025, she served as Unit Manager responsible for Banking-as-a-Service and Digital Business Partnerships within the Digital Banking Division.
