Cansel Nuray Aksoy

Cansel Nuray Aksoy completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in Business Administration at Gazi University and earned her PhD in Banking from the Finance Institute of Istanbul Ticaret University in 2018.

She began her career at İş Bankası A.Ş. in 1999 in the Foreign Exchange and Corporate Marketing departments of Corporate and Commercial branches. She subsequently held roles in branch audits at the Internal Control Division, business processes and analysis at the Human Resources Division, recruitment and orientation training, as well as HR transformation programs under the Change Management Office.

Ms. Aksoy currently serves as Unit Manager in the Subsidiaries Division of İş Bankası. She also continues to serve as a Member of the Board of Directors and as a member of Internal Systems Committees at İş Bank’s capital markets subsidiaries.

She holds Capital Markets Activities Level 3, Derivative Instruments, Corporate Governance Rating, and Credit Rating licenses, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
