Fund Investment Strategy
The fund will primarily focus on opportunities connected to Türkiye's life sciences sector and will mainly invest in device, therapeutics, diagnostics, and digital health companies at the early-growth and mid-growth stages. It aims to invest in a balanced portfolio of Turkish private companies at the advanced preclinical/Phase I–II clinical stage and the medical device feasibility/pivotal stage. While prioritizing technologies developed in Türkiye, the fund will also consider innovations by Turkish scientists abroad and foreign companies with technologies relevant to the Turkish market. Key characteristics of target companies include exceptional development potential, meaningful commercial opportunities, and strong return potential at low risk. The fund may also invest in venture companies operating outside its stated health and life sciences focus.
