Fund Investment Strategy
The fund aims to generate returns by creating medium- and long-term value through capital increase or share transfer investments in early-stage or advanced-stage venture companies that have high growth potential, can stand out competitively, and offer visible exit opportunities, within the framework of capital markets regulations. The fund may also make opportunity-driven investments in venture companies with attractive valuations or at the pre-IPO stage and may carry out joint venture capital investments (co-investments) with other venture capital investment funds or related parties.
Important criteria for target companies include high growth potential, room for operational improvement, and a need for capital, institutionalization, or changes in ownership structure.
