Fund Investment Strategy
The fund aims to create long-term value by making venture capital investments within the framework of CMB regulations. In selecting portfolio companies, it will act together with Molten East Fund I, Molten East Advisors LLP, or a company to be established in connection with them. Its investment strategy targets venture companies that have achieved product-market fit, built a recurring customer base, possess global scaling potential, strong growth dynamics, competitive differentiation, and reasonable exit opportunities. Investments will be made through capital increases or share transfers to generate medium- and long-term value and returns. The fund's primary focus is on venture companies operating in software, artificial intelligence, deep tech, financial technologies, and digital health. It may also make opportunity-based investments outside its main ticket size and investment strategy.
