With our new fund, we focus on startups with high growth potential that can differentiate themselves in competition, need operational development, and offer strategic opportunities in terms of investment timing, without being limited to a specific sector or stage.

As Maxis, we have invested in companies at different stages of the venture ecosystem through both our VC and PE funds. The Mixed Strategy fund sits at the intersection of these two structures, taking our experience to a new level with a flexible, opportunity-driven investment approach.

We aim for this fund—an innovative model with broader applicability in Türkiye’s investment environment—to strategically complete our fund family and add more flexibility and depth to our investment approach in the period ahead.
