Türkiye Green Finance Project Venture Capital Investment Fund was established.

Türkiye Green Finance Project Venture Capital Investment Fund—Türkiye’s first and largest venture capital investment fund focused on green and inclusive transformation with its model and stakeholders—was established under Maxis.

With a guarantee from the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Türkiye and financing of USD 155 million obtained from the World Bank by its lead investor TSKB, the fund aims to make medium- and long-term investments in green and transition-stage companies in line with sustainable development goals.

The fund will be managed in accordance with the World Bank’s Environmental and Social Standards; starting from the decision phase, we will carefully follow the environmental and social aspects of investments and continue to provide qualified, multi-dimensional contributions to companies and our country.

We believe that pioneering resources such as the Türkiye Green Finance Project fund are important for reducing our country’s carbon footprint and achieving the 2053 Net Zero target, and we are excited to be part of the green transformation.
